All plans include local removal (within ten miles) from place of death. The preparation of deceased for plan selected, securing necessary authorizations and permit.

Includes arrangement conference, removal from place of death, alternative container
(Wood #ODZ) and transfer to crematory.

PLAN (C2) DIRECT CREMATION WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE AT FUNERAL  HOME....$1725.00
 Includes Direct Cremation, use of funeral home (up to two hours), prayer cards, register book and acknowledgment
 cards.

PLAN (C3) CREMATION WITH VIEWING....$4253.00 
Includes arrangement conference, removal from place of death., rental casket #245 Oak (Reliable Miller), embalming, use of funeral home for one day (up to four hours), prayer cards, register book, acknowledgment cards and transfer to crematory.

PLAN (C4) DIRECT CREMATION WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE AT CHURCH...$1468.00 
Includes Direct Cremation, conveyance of cremains to Church, attendance of Funeral Director and or Staff, prayer cards and acknowledgment cards.

PLAN (C5) DIRECT CREMATION WITH BURIAL AT SEA....$1275.00 - $1825.00 
(C5A) Includes Direct cremation with Funeral Director taking cremains to sea with no attendants....$1275.00
(C5B) Includes Direct Cremation with family attending burial at sea with Funeral Director....$1825.00
 
PLAN(C6) DIRECT CREMATION WITH GRAVESIDE AT LOCAL CEMETERY..$1375.00
Includes Direct cremation, arranging graveside, Funeral Director attendance and conveyance of
cremains. (Does not include cemetery charges.)
