All plans include *local hospital removal (within ten miles) from place of death. The preparation of deceased for plan selected and securing necessary authorizations.
DIRECT CREMATION $1275.00
Includes arrangement conference, alternative container Wood #ODZ (required for handling by crematory), transfer to local crematory, return of cremains in temporary container and acknowledgement cards.
CREMATION WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE AT FUNERAL HOME $1953.00
Includes Direct Cremation, use of funeral home (up to two hours), prayer cards, register book and acknowledgement cards.
CREMATION WITH VIEWING $5133.00
Includes arrangement conference, removal from place of death (*local within ten miles), rental casket Norwood (Matthews), embalming, use of funeral home for one day (up to four hours), prayer cards, register book, acknowledgement cards and transfer to crematory.
CREMATION WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE AT CHURCH $1963.00
Includes Direct Cremation, conveyance of cremains to *local Church, attendance of Funeral Director and Staff, prayer cards and acknowledgement cards.
CREMATION WITH SCATTERING AT SEA WITH NO ATTENDANTS $1575.00
Includes Direct Cremation, with Funeral Director taking cremains to sea.
CREMATION WITH SCATTERING AT SEA WITH FAMILY PRESENT $2125.00
Includes Direct Cremation with family attending scattering at sea with Funeral Director and Staff.
CREMATION WITH GRAVESIDE SERVICE AT *LOCAL CEMETERY $1625.00
Includes Direct Cremation. Arranging graveside service, Funeral Director attendance and conveyance of cremains (Does not include cemetery charges)
